This past few week's highlights.
1. I have a job! I am cleaning our neighbor's house because they are getting ready to move. I cleaned the baseboards last time, and this week I get to do the floors.
2. Science started up again after taking a break for a while, and having the last class canceled due to snow. I wasn't told that we were skipping the module that we missed the class for, so I thought that I was ahead a bit, when I was actually behind by quite a bit, having only read half of the chapter. Not a very nice surprise.
3. We got a new record at Prayer Meeting! 49 people!!!!!!!! That was awesome!
4.I am going tomorrow to see my first live Opera! We are going downtown (what an adventure!) on a train (whoa, even more exciting!!!) with the Blairs (couldn't get any better!!!!!) to see La Traviata.
5. I got to skip the whole month of January for going to the orthodontist!!!!! (I usually have to go every month) Sadly, I have an appointment on Wednesday :(
6. I finished the first month of my Bible reading program! So far, I have read the entire book of Matthew, up to chapter 32 of Genesis, and 3 chapters in Mark.
That's all I got for now, maybe I'll think up some more later.

It's a wonderful life, sometimes, isn't it? Not always, but sometimes. I am very excited about tonight. I have wanted to take a train somewhere since I was about ten. And to the Opera? And with the Klazingas? Really, I don't think it does get better.
