I haven't even heard of some of these! I'll send my letter soon...
Yeah, I'll Tell you all about them in my next letter.
Did you know that I collected porcelain dolls when I was young? I still have them put away in a cedar chest. When I read your list of names, it reminded me how fun it was when I was collecting my dolls. In fact, I was at a garage sale a few weeks ago, and someone was selling some hand-made dolls that were so sweet looking I couldn't resist, so I bought 3 of them! I put them away for now-- in case we have a daughter someday!
By the way, I loved the book, Spiderweb for Two. What a neat story! Actually, I love many of the books that you listed as your favorites. Have you read the Anne of Green Gables series or the Emily series by L.M. Montgomery? They are some of my favorites as well.
I have read the first five "Anne" books, but I have not quite finished with the sixth. I really will read most anything by Elizabeth Enright, and L.M. Alcott.
